The success of a construction project relies on a strong pre-construction process. We've created a pre-construction service that is of value to you, whether or not you engage us to do the construction on your project. The deliverable to you at the end of your pre-construction phase can include (based on need and client preference): (1) A Feasibility Study, (2) Detailed Plans & Drawings, (3) Construction Estimate & Materials Selections, (4) A Project Schedule.
The goal of our design team is to create the home, addition, remodel or commercial space that you desire, first and foremost. However what often differentiates us from other design companies is that we understand construction, we know the costs and difficulty associated with each element of your project. We can outline the costs of design details, and tailor the project to your needs/budget. We offer design/build services, as well as standalone drawing services.
We are happy to explore any project that you can come up with. Depending on the complexity & scope of the project, we may need to obtain a building permit, and our design/permitting staff is equipped to navigate this process. Minor projects often do not require a building permit, these projects can usually be tackled very quickly. As a Class B Licensed General Contractor we can handle any stage of a project from foundation to finish work.
Crizer Construction started into the renewable sector in 2010. We see solar as a way for home/business owners to eliminate their power bill. Solar panels are rated for 25 years, and will often last for 30 years! Once you install a solar system, your power bill for the year should be as close to zero as possible. Your system will pay for itself in savings between 5-8 years after installation, that means that for the remaining 20+ years your system is producing, you are in the green!
